Insurance companies require annual inspection reports to assure the safety of
the ropes courses for which they provide service.
Once per year every challenge course must be
inspected by a qualified challenge course professional. We do a thorough, hands-on annual inspection of your
course and gear. We also audit your Local Operating Procedures,
safety documentation and log books. You can expect a written report of the condition of your course, gear, and
documentation soon after the inspection.
In order to limit
maintenance and keep your challenge course as safe as possible,
"in-house" inspections need
to be done on a regular basis. A qualified person on your staff
will be responsible for the regular in-house inspections.
Depending on how often your course is used and the number of
participants you have, the in-house inspections will need to be
completed and documented every one to three months. We can help
you determine how often your in-house inspections must be done.
